Customized Risk Analysis
The risk analysis presents various possible risk scenarios in connection with the operation of the cableway and their consequences for all stakeholders as well as the appropriate countermeasures. All details have been considered so that risks are identified and minimized in advance. In the event of an emergency, the operator is thus prepared for his further course of action.
Inspection Service

Technical Trainings
Basic Training - 2 days:

Advanced Training - 3 days:
- Monthly and annual maintenance
- All adjustments at the motor mast

Safety Bulletin
As today's safety standards are defined and driven by us, we have developed an online information platform in our webshop to inform you at an early stage about our recommendations and sensible optimizations when operating a water ski facility. The safety bulletins provided are free of charge, are regularly updated on our platform and serve as a supplement to our operating and maintenance instructions.
You can easily find the safety bulletins after logging in to the RIXEN Webshop under the Safety section. The information obtained is based on our years of experience with over 500 water ski facilities worldwide. Since you as the operator are responsible for your environment, we strongly recommend that you are aware of the risk described and implement the recommended measures.
Safety Features
Fall Protection
Due to the requirements of working at height, we have developed a quick and, above all, safe access to the motor mast for your employees. A classic fall arrest system with lifeline would not be good because it takes too much time to get into the harness and there is also the risk of entanglement when working on the mast. RIXEN, in collaboration with the HSE in England and the French Department of Occupational Safety, has developed a completely new solution developed to offer you the safety of your employees.
- Safe access to the tower with the cage around the motor mast
- No influence on the mast and the stability of the system
- Safe passage from the mast to the jib, guided with guardrails
- Working platform and walkway on the boom with stable grating floor and safe railing
Raft
RIXEN raft for efficient and safe assembly and maintenance work.
Whether during installation of the system or during maintenance, the RIXEN raft facilitates work both on the mast and on the flying pulley and, above all, provides safety for your employees.
- The raft is 6x6m in size and thus lies stably in the water. The floats are built in massive boxes, which additionally provides extra stability for unevenly distributed loads
- The assembly raft can be easily positioned in the lake and easily anchored by two integrated winches with 4m chain and 20m rope and anchor
- The tower, which can be extended up to 10 meters, with ladder and working platform, is easily height adjustable by a winch
- Only the RIXEN raft meets the safety standards for working at height, including static calculations and safety certificates
Already since 2018 we offer a professional solution for the outriggers. Gone are the days of slippery wooden planks and unsafe transitions.

The Shun Yi Wake Park was built on the former regatta course of the 2008 Summer Olympics. Due to the special requirements of a regatta course, RIXEN developed a special solution that fits into the landscape of the former rowing area. For this purpose, our team invented a concept of free-hanging deflection pulleys, which is one of the biggest innovations.
