Flagship: TwinCable Beckum, Germany
The 3 RIXEN rigs in Beckum (2 x FSC, 1 x 2-mast-system) are integrated into an attractive overall concept with gastronomy and party/event area. Renowned DJs play here monthly at long party nights and make the water vibrate.
During the day, riders from all over the world rock the water at the two Full Size Cables and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this location. The lido, aqua park as well as gastronomy and accommodation are spread over 31,000 m² and can accommodate up to 7,000 guests at the same time.
The use of both Full Size Cables at the same time makes it possible to use one facility for public operations and the other facility for events and incentives.

Reuse
In Cap'Découverte, coal used to be mined by open pit mining. At the turn of the millennium, this was to be transformed from an unused hole in the ground into an attractive leisure center. In terms of investment, the Full Size Cable was only a small part of the overall project. In the end, however, the success of the leisure facility depends on this attraction. Around the RIXEN wakeboard facility, a ski lift with summer toboggan run, a mountain bike course, an aqua park with pedal boat and SUP rental were built. In addition, a covered high ropes course and a skate park as well as a camping site and a hostel with restaurant. A coherent overall concept was created and a small leisure paradise was created from a huge wasteland.
Reuse
OCP is the only cable park in all of Catalonia. The lake was built at the time of the Olympic Games and used for the rowing competition. It is a beacon project for effective reuse of an existing site with sustainable investment for the operator.
Reuse
Waterski Langenfeld is the largest cable park worldwide with 4 full size cables, 2 two-mast systems, artificial surf wave, beach area, gastronomy and many other attractions. The first RIXEN facility was built there in 1976 on one of the many gravel lakes, for which a subsequent use was sought.
In the course of the years Langenfeld developed with 3 further plants to one of the well-known metropolises of the Wakeboardsport. The potential of the surrounding big cities, combined with good management and marketing and many other attractions created a large customer base and worldwide awareness. Many of these ideas were realized with the help of RIXEN as a reliable and innovative partner.
